My name is Marsha McDonald. I was born and raised in Ohio, but have lived in Guam, Alabama, Florida, and Texas. You guessed it – I’m a former military wife. I have been teaching for 16 years – 10 of them here at New Frontiers. I have taught in Ohio, Guam and Texas. Nine of my years here were teaching 4th grade. I have 3 grown children – 2 girls and 1 boy - and 1 grandchild. I have lived in San Antonio since 1989. We made San Antonio our permanent home after my husband retired from the Air Force in 1997. My hobbies include sewing, crafts, and reading. Unfortunately, when I am teaching, I have little time to pursue any of my hobbies. I save that for vacations and summertime.
