shapes.jpgSecond graders have been very busy as we near the end of the year! In Reading we have begun a new unit on courage.In this unit we are learning that being brave doesn’t always meanhave to be superheroes.We demonstrate courage through honesty and treating others with respect. In Math we have continued to practice our basic fact skills, problem solving, and addition with, multiplication, fractions, and three dimensional shapes. In Science, we have examined plants, animals, as well as the earth and its features. Lastly, we would like to encourage everyone to read, read, and read every night! Reading is the key that opens many doors!
