Texas House Representative Joaquin Castro Visits New Frontiers!

Texas House Representative Joaquin Castro addressed the New Frontiers chapter of the Nation Junior Honor Society on Tuesday December 8th at 2:30pm in the NFCS library. Representative Castro was greeted by the New Frontiers Choir with a song after which he addressed the students. Mr. Castro spoke of his life experiences and the many choices made to lead him to his current position in the Texas House of Representatives. Representative Castro provided the students with several points of enlightening advice based on his life experience as well as some realizations which he hopes will provide some references in the student's focus on their individual futures. We are honored by Representative Castro's willingness to take time out of his busy schedule to speak with our students and we thank him for valuing the education of all Texas students.
